Stunning Views boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 11 guests, with ample parking for everyone. A comfortable living space with a Smart TV and ultra-fast WI-FI means you stay connected. Kids will get a kick out of staying here, and the bunk room equipped with its own Smart TV and extra garage space also fitted with a Smart TV and bean bags means there’s a designated entertainment space for them to call their own, providing welcome space for the adults to relax!
When all the outdoor adventures of this beautiful region are done for the day, come home, light up the Weber BBQ and soak in the lake views from the deck; otherwise, enjoy the Infrared Sauna and have a dip in your own private spa pool. And when the night creeps in, head to the conservatory and stargaze using the telescope. Whip up a special family dinner with ease in the kitchen with newly equipped Fisher & Paykel appliances and enjoy freshly brewed coffee using the Nespresso (capsules provided).
All bedrooms have heaters and blankets to ensure you stay cosy during the cooler months, and beds are made up for your arrival. For families, portable cots and a highchair are available on request. Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure.
The property is available to the Guest for the period of the booked dates & times only.
Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of guests is limited at the property. If there are to be any additional guests at the property this will be subject to approval before check-in and may incur an additional charge.
No caravans, campervans, tents or other accommodation may be placed at or used at the property at any time.
No parties
The property may not be used for any party, function or gathering of any kind, including pre/post wedding gatherings or BBQs, without advance written permission of the Property Manager.
The Guests agree to respect the rights of neighbours, particularly in regard to noise which must be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 7am. Loud music or noise is not permitted at any time.
No pets
Animals are not permitted on any part of the property, including the grounds.
Spa
Children are to be supervised in the Spa at all times.
There is to be no food or drinks in the Spa at any time.
Please ensure whenever the Spa pool is not in use that the cover is placed back on and the clips are secure.
After each use, please place one small bag of chlorine which will be provided which will keep the water fresh for your stay.
Please also maintain the water level of the Spa, and top up if necessary to half way up the filter box.
Security & safety
The Guest will be responsible for the safety of all people using or visiting property during the booked dates and will ensure that all gates and/or spa covers are in place and closed at all times when unattended or unused and when vacating.
The Guest will ensure that the property is totally secured at all times when unoccupied and when vacating, including locking all windows, doors and gates and ensuring that appliances including but not limited to heating, gas bottles, stoves and ovens have been turned off.
The property has external security cameras for safety and security purposes.
No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes
The Guest must not permit smoking in or near the house. The Guest will be responsible for any additional cleaning charges to remove smoking odours from a property and/or butts from grounds.
Keys, lockboxes & remote controllers
The Guest will ensure all keys and remote controllers are left where found at the property. If keys or remote controllers are lost or stolen, or the electronic lock/lockbox is tampered with in any way, The Guest will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing keys and/or replacing remote controllers and/or changing locks and/or replacing the lockbox. A call out due to lost keys or lockout will attract a minimum fee of $100.
No commercial activities
Any commercial activities, including but not limited to the likes of commercial filming, advertising, photography, weddings, meetings or functions, are not permitted without prior written approval of the Property Manager.
Cancellation policy
Any amendment to dates or cancellation must be agreed in writing between us.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the cancellation policy is as follows:
100% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival; or
50% refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
The Property Manager is also entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken in the lead up to or during the rental period.
No voiding insurance
The Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any Guest while in the Property or on the Property or for any loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any Guest. The Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property.
The Guest undertakes that it will not do, permit to be done, or omit to do, any action that does or may invalidate or adversely affect any insurance policy held by the Property Manager in respect of the Property and/or its contents. The Guest agrees to indemnify the Property Manager against any losses or damages suffered by the Property Manager as a consequence of the Guests breach of this obligation.
